Special Projects Analyst

Shiok Meats is looking for a Special Projects Analyst who will report to the Chief of Staff in the CEO Office. The candidate will be required to provide critical insights pertaining to new business initiatives and align with cross-functional stakeholders to turn ideas to outcomes.

Required background:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration/Business Management or related discipline
  • Proficient in data visualization, design thinking, and presenting for impact

Preferred experience:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing diverse projects in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in the FoodTech/F&B/Biotech industry is a huge plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present insights and recommendations to the CEO Office on prospective partnerships, industry progress, and business expansion landscape
  • Assist the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy in identifying and evaluating early-stage ideas and turn them into future-growth initiatives pertaining to both internal and external domains 
  • Help the CEO Office in managing OKR accountabilities and related administrative duties
  • Responsible for onboarding new partners (business, media, advisors, chefs, etc.) and seeking regular feedback on their alignment and development
  • Draft organization-specific framework to fine tune outreach efforts and plan strategic engagements between Shiok Meats and key industry stakeholders, non-profit organizations, and scientific communities 
  • Work on Progress reports and Presentations highlighting the initiative’s objectives, challenges, growth potential, and impact for the C Suite
  • Build and maintain a repository of contacts and do regular check-ins to seed new ideas and strengthen partner relationships

  • Passionate about designing project strategies and delivering effective outcomes 
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to influence sound decision making 
  • Able to work collaboratively within and outside of the group
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and independently
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Possesses strong communication skills both verbal and written


The position is full-time and the candidate will be compensated similar to industry standards.
